Preparation guidelines: Use 12 g of tea (approx. 6 heaped tsp) for 1 litre of water at the temperature of 70-80°C. Infuse for 2-3 minutes, then strain. Suitable for 2-3 infusions.
The leaves of this tea are picked from trees that are between 25 and 100 years old. It is produced in the Pindaya area at an altitude of approximately 1,200 m.a.s.l. Over 50% of the local inhabitants earn their living by growing tea.
