Roasted coffee beans from a plantation (100% arabica). This coffee comprises a blend of choice Brazilian beans that are decaffeinated by the unique Swiss Water Process, a procedure for removing caffeine in which no chemical solvent is utilised. A certain sweetness is evident in the taste and aroma, alongside a note of freshly roasted hazelnut. The coffee is light with mild acidity and body.
Preparation: select the correct grind of coffee corresponding to the method for preparing your favourite type. For 100 ml of water allow 7 g of ground coffee. Use hot water of 93-94°C.
