The coffee comes from ,,Reina Elizabeth,, farm in West Valley in Costa Rica where it is grown in the altitude of 1450-1550 m a.s.l. Coffee beans are hand picked, then washed and lastly are sun-dried for 12 days. They are being rested in parchment for 2 months before their picking and peeling.
