Green tea powder
This tea comes from tea plantations in Shizuoka and Kagoshima prefectures. Young barley dominates the aroma and taste. In the taste, you can also distinguish umami with a slightly bitter aftertaste. It is suitable as an ingredient in cooking, baking, preparing cocktails or smoothies, mainly due to its stronger taste, which stands out against other ingredients.
Instructions: Tip the contents of the sachet (1.5 g) into a bowl, pour over 200 ml of water at the maximum temperature of 80°C and mix thoroughly (preferably with a bamboo whisk) until smooth and frothy.
