The Cantinho farms plantations of Brazilian coffee lie in the southern part of the Minas Gerais region at altitudes of 845- 880 m. The farm grows plants of the Catuaí and Catucaí varietals. The coffees taste is dominated by plain chocolate and nut, while fruity sweetness and mild acidity feature in the aftertaste.
