This is a Pacamara variety processed by the honey method. The coffee comes from the Las Isabellas farm, owned by Jose Roberto Santamaria. It lies in the Apaneca Ilamatepeq mountain range, bordering the municipality of Apaneca in the Ahuachapan Department, at the altitude of approximately 1,200 m. In its flavour and aroma lay intense notes of tropical passion fruit. The acidity of the coffee is sweet and the body velvety.
Preparation: select the correct grind of coffee corresponding to the method for preparing your favourite type. For 100 ml of water allow 7 g of ground coffee. Use hot water of 93-94°C.
