This coffee comes from the farmer Cristian Alvarez, whose plantation lies in the Tarbaca region at altitudes of 1,600 – 1,700 m. It is a blend of two varieties – Red Catuai dominates, whereas the content of Yellow Catuai is negligible. The aroma is sweet like milk chocolate. In the taste is an obvious indication of ripe orange that slowly gives way to a chocolatey aftertaste. The acidity of the coffee is lively, and its body light.
