Preparation guidelines: Allow 1 teaspoon of tea for each 1.5 dl of water and one more for the teapot. Bring the water to the boil and then let it cool down to 85°C. Pour and leave it to infuse for 3 minutes. Sieve and serve. Suitable for 1 infusion.
The inception of the Balasun garden dates back to 1871, its name deriving from a nearby river. It stretches over hills at altitudes from 360 to 1,375 m. Fresh leaves with a high content of silvery tips create a crystal clear infusion featuring a sweetish aroma. Its taste is dominated by a distinctive sweetness with tones of vanilla, topped off with a light hint of ripening hazelnut.
