This washed coffee of the varieties Caturra and Catuai harks from the Carmen Estate, owned by Carlos Aguilera, a farmer who is third in the line of his family to run the farm. The coffee is grown at an altitude of 1,700 m above sea level on steep hills under centuries-old rainforest vegetation and natural streams, which enhance the quality of the produce. The taste and aroma feature tones of chocolate, raspberry and lime. The acidity is delicate, and the body layered and rich.
