Starting out in 2016, José de Ávila Pereira and his family grow speciality coffee at the location at an average altitude of 1,100 m. This blend comprises the varietals of red catuaí, yellow catuaí and mundo novo. The aroma and taste reveal tones of fine, strong, dark chocolate and nougat. The body is velvety and acidity sweet.
Preparation: select the correct grind of coffee corresponding to the given method of preparation. Allow 7 g of ground coffee for 100 ml of hot water at the temperature of 93-94°C.
