Preparation guidelines: Allow 1 teaspoon of tea for each 1.5 dl of water and one more for the teapot. Bring the water to the boil and then let it cool down to 90°C. Pour and leave it to infuse for 3 - 4 minutes. Sieve and serve. Suitable for 5 infusions.
Ingredients: semi-fermented tea, honey (min. 1.5%). Blended with the exceptional Ti Kuan Yin tea is natural honey, which is then dried over fire. The regularly rolled green leaves give a liquor of delicate scent and a taste of meadow honey.
