Lemongrass is a plant native to Asia with the distinctive taste of lemon and a citrus-like aroma. It invigorates and stimulates the body and promotes the recovery of strength.
Preparation guidelines: Allow 2.5 g (approx. 3 heaped tsp) of the herb for 250 ml of freshly boiled water and leave it to infuse for 8-10 minutes; sieve and serve. Drink 1-2 times a day.
