Preparation guidelines: Use 10 g of tea (approx. 6 heaped tsp) for 1 l of water at the temperature of 85°C. Allow to infuse for 3 minutes, then strain. Suitable for 1 infusion.
The garden got its name from the breathtaking view of the snow-capped Himalayan mountains. Sometimes it is possible to see elephants, bison, leopards and even rhinos bathing in the local Moortee River. Thanks to its rich ecosystem, it became a partner of "The Wildlife Enterprise", which tries to protect the elephant population. Thanks to this, it received the award of the first "elephant friendly Tea Garden" in Darjeeling. Fluffy, elongated leaves complemented by numerous silvery tips create a light, slightly yellowish infusion after steeping. The aroma is delicate with a hint of apricots and floral tones of a blooming spring meadow. The taste is harmonious and balanced, reminiscent of a skunk.
