Preparation guidelines: use 12 g of tea (approx. 5 tsp) for 1 l of boiling water. Allow to infuse for 3 minutes. Then strain.
The Castleton garden lies on the Western side of the mountains in the altitude of 900 to 1830 m.a.s.l. A fairy train which travels to Darjeeling goes through these mountains. It is one of the most renowned gardens. The tea has been growing here since 1885. Leaves of different green coloured pallet are turned into golden infusion. There are jasmin and sweet white grapes in aroma and taste.
