Preparation guidelines: Allow 1 teaspoon of tea for each 1.5 dl of water and one more for the teapot. Bring the water to the boil and then let it cool down to 70-80°C. Pour and leave it to infuse for 3-4 mins. Sieve and serve. Suitable for 3 infusions.
Green tea from the Sichuan province. Tea bushes are shaded two weeks before the harvest, lending the leaves a dark green colour. The regularly rolled, brightly green leaves of needle-like shape give a yellow-green infusion with a pleasant, subtly sweet fragrance. A typical umami taste with a creamy background spreads at the end into sweet fruity tones.
