Cascara comes from Carmen Estate farm which is situated in 1700 m a.s.l. The farm has been producing great quality coffee for over 50 years. Coffee trees are growing on steep hills full of rivers under the old vegetation of rainforests. Characteristics: rosehip, plum jar, cocoa.
Guidelines: Pour 1l of boiling water into 20g of Cascara (approx. 10 heaped teaspoons). Leave to infuse for 5-8mins. Strain and serve. It is recommended to use once a day. It includes caffeine.
