Preparation: select the correct grind of coffee corresponding to the method for preparing your favourite type. For 100 ml of water allow 7 g of ground coffee. Use hot water of 93-94°C. Composition

Antigua is one of the oldest coffee growing areas in Guatemala and is known for producing some of the best coffee in the world. The Finca Medina family farm was established more than 150 years ago, their plantations extend up to 1800 m above sea level. The specific taste of coffees from this region is created by the volcanic subsoil. The Bourbon and Caturra varieties have undergone the Black Honey processing method. Harmonious coffee with a pleasant balance between sweetness and fine acidity. The aroma and taste combine premium dark chocolate and juicy notes reminiscent of tangerine compote.
