The Kaffa region is considered the original home of Arabica coffee. Today, in the middle of rainforest, wild coffee bushes of various subspecies of Arabica still grow, as they did several thousand years ago. It is a complex coffee with the aroma of toffee and chocolate. In the taste you can find cocoa bean, blackcurrant and blueberry. The coffee is mildly acidic and has a very smooth velvety body.
