The coffee comes from La Cuesta Farm located in the Los Santos region at an altitude of 1,450 m above sea level. A state-of-the-art dehusker is used for processing, which allows up to 100% of the pulp to remain on the coffee beans during subsequent bed drying. Variety: Carurra, Catuai. Process: Black honey. You can find noble chocolate, Canadian blueberry and brown sugar in the aroma and taste. The acidity is delicate and the body is creamy.
Preparation: select the correct grind of coffee corresponding to the method for preparing your favourite type. For 100 ml of water allow 7 g of ground coffee. Use hot water of 93-94°C.
