Washed coffee from the El Recuerdo farm in Huila Province, Columbia, produced from beans that grow on trees of the caturra varietal. The taste is reminiscent of plain chocolate, date and lemon peel, and it has a velvety body and delicate acidity.
Preparation: grind the coffee to the correct size for the given brewing method. Allow 7 g of ground coffee per 100 ml of water (recommended temperature: 93-94°C).
