loose leaf semi-fermented tea
Handcrafted tea from the innovative Tea Studio factory, which was established in 2018 in the Nilgiri Mountains. It is located at an altitude of 1850 m in the middle of picturesque tea gardens. In April 2023, our company entered the ownership structure and thus started tea production directly in the country of origin. The tea leaf collection is done in a unique way - collecting only the bud and one leaf below it. The elongated, twisted black leaves create an orange-brown infusion with the sweet aroma of exotic wood. You will find red cherry with a touch of rose in the taste.
Preparation instructions: use water at a temperature of 90°C in the ratio of 1.5 dl to 1 teaspoon, if you are infusing in a teapot, then an additional 1 teaspoon per teapot. Infuse for 2-3 minutes, then strain. It is possible to prepare 2-3 infusions.

This semi-oxidised tea harks from a Taiwanese farm in Fujian Province. Its dark green, curled leaves possess a vegetal fragrance. The taste is compact and pleasantly rounded with a subtle, roasted note.
