Yellow-green infusion tea has uniform, small green leaves. The aroma and taste combine umami and young peas with a slightly smoky finish.
Pour the tea with water at a temperature of 70-80 °C in a ratio of 12 g (approx. 6 level teaspoons) per 1 liter of water. Leave to infuse for 2-3 minutes. Then strain. It is possible to prepare 2-3 infusions.
