The area in which it is located was originally settled by Scottish settlers as it reminded them of their native highlands. Only green tea is produced in the tea factory. Yellow-green infusion tea has uniform, small green leaves. The aroma and taste combine umami and young peas with a slightly smoky finish.
Pour the tea with water at a temperature of 70-80 °C in a ratio of 12 g (approx. 6 level teaspoons) per 1 liter of water. Leave to infuse for 2-3 minutes. Then strain. It is possible to prepare 2-3 infusions.
