Preparation guidelines: Use 6 g (approx. 2 heaped tsp) of crushed berries for 250 ml of freshly boiled water and leave to infuse for 20 min., then strain. Alternatively, take 3 g (1 tsp) before a meal by consuming with a sufficient amount of water. Recommended amount 1-2 times a day. Not suitable for children, pregnant and lactating women.
