Loose-leaf green tea
The garden is located in the Nilgiris at an altitude of 1,900 m above sea level. The area in which it is located was originally settled by Scottish settlers as it reminded them of their native highlands. Only green tea is produced in the tea factory. After watering the elongated green leaves, a yellow-green infusion is produced. The aroma and taste are complemented by refreshing lemon grass with a light note of sweet orange.
Pour the tea with water at a temperature of 70-80 °C in a ratio of 12 g (approx. 6 level teaspoons) per 1 liter of water. Leave to infuse for 2-3 minutes. Then strain. It is possible to prepare 2-3 infusions.
