Preparation guidelines: Use 10 g of tea (approx. 6 heaped tsp) for 1 l of water at the temperature of 85°C. Allow to infuse for 3 minutes then strain. Suitable for 1 infusion.
The Singell garden is located at an altitude of 700–1500 m above sea level. The famous Darjeeling Railway runs along the upper border. Dark brown, slightly twisted tea leaves with light tips give an orange colored infusion after pouring. In the long-lasting intense aroma and taste, you can discover pleasantly sweet acacia honey in combination with dried apricot.
