Honeybush is a South African plant related to rooibos, and it is processed in a similar manner. Solely obtained from bushes growing in the wild, it has the intoxicating scent of honey, hence its name. Honeybush is rich in vitamins and minerals.
Preparation guidelines: Use 10 g of tea (approx. 6 even tsp) for 1 l of boiling water. Allow to infuse for 5 minutes. Strain and serve. The tea can be used daily according to the instructions for use, intended for children from 3 years and adults.
