Preparation guidelines: Use 12 g of tea (approx. 6 heaped tsp) for 1 litre of water at the temperature of 70-80°C. Infuse for 2-3 minutes, then strain. Suitable for 2-3 infusions.
This tea comes from an estate overseen by David Tenieshvili, the most revered producer of green tea in the surroundings of Ozurgeti, in the region of Guria. The trees grow in a former wild garden established in 2017.
