loose leaf black tea (fresh harvest 2023)
Samabeong Garden (literally translated as "black bear cave") is located in the Neora Valley and is one of the highest and most remote gardens in Darjeeling. Thanks to this unique location, it has become home to endangered animal species such as red pandas, tigers, nutcrackers, porcupines, and leopards. Greenish-brown, slightly twisted leaves with numerous tips create a clear light green infusion. You can find the freshness of sweet lemon and orange blossom in the taste, and it is again dominated by sweet lemon in combination with nettle.
Preparation guidelines: water at a temperature of 85 °C in a ratio of 10 g (approx. 6 heaped teaspoons) per 1 liter of water. Leave to infuse for 3 minutes. Then strain. It is possible to prepare 1 infusion.
