The Okayti Tea Garden is located on the banks of the Mechi River flowing along the border with Nepal at an altitude of 1,770 m to 2,360 m. Tea has been cultivated here since 1888. The tea is dominated by dark green leaves complemented by light ones, and they create an ocher-yellow infusion. You will find a tempting combination of sweet nougat and hazelnut with soft grassy tones in the taste and aroma.
Preparation guidelines: water at a temperature of 85 °C in a ratio of 10 g (approx. 6 heaped teaspoons) per 1 liter of water. Leave to infuse for 3 minutes. Then strain. It is possible to prepare 1 infusion.
