The tea is very delicate, resulting from the local conditions of alternating warm sunny days, cool nights and misty mornings. Its dark green leaves boast a significant ratio of silvery tips, which create a pale yellow infusion. The delicate aroma brings to mind a blooming spring meadow dominated by lily-of-the-valley, whereas the subtle taste conveys a sense of meadow honey.

Preparation guidelines: Use 10 g of tea (approx. 6 heaped tsp) for 1 l of water at the temperature of 85°C. Allow to infuse for 3 minutes then strain. Suitable for 1 infusion.
