This coffee comes from the Gora Kone factory in the Arsi region. This factory collects coffee from 700 to 800 small farmers. They usually are family run farms harvesting coffee manually. In the taste and aroma you will find forest fruit combined with caramelised sugar and chocolate. Acidity is live, body is full and rich.
Preparation: select the correct grind of coffee corresponding to the method for preparing your favourite type. For 100 ml of water allow 7 g of ground coffee. Use hot water of 93-94°C.
