Harking from a county called Kericho, Kenya AB Boma is named after the Boma washing station, a facility which processes coffee for around 600 growers, mostly women. The coffee’s distinctive, fruity aroma also hints at chocolate, and a sense of currant sweetened with chocolate is evident in the taste. Its body is balanced.
Directions: 1. Open the pack. 2. Tear off the top of the filter along the line. 3. Place the filter in the mug, affixing the handles to the brim. 4. Pour hot water into the filter. * Fill the coffee filter with water at 93°C and top it up gradually, using 170 ml of water for a strong brew and 200 ml for a less intense taste. After adding water for the last time, wait for it to completely flow through the filter. The entire process takes about 3 minutes.
This Drip Coffee pack makes brewing a great cup of coffee on the go or away from home really easy. It’s convenient to carry around, too, since it can fit in a pocket. Containing freshly ground coffee, the filter inside is hermetically sealed in the bag with nitrogen, which keeps the contents fresh until it’s opened. Designed with simplicity in mind, the filter has handles that clip to the brim of a mug. Then it’s just a matter of pouring hot water over the coffee and leaving it to brew for 3 minutes. Remove the filter and enjoy!
