Preparation guidelines: Use 12 g of tea (approx. 6 heaped tsp) for 1 litre of water at the temperature of 70-80°C. Infuse for 2-3 minutes, then strain. Suitable for 2-3 infusions.
Originating in the Chinese province of Fujian, this tea is enhanced with fresh rose flowers during production. Its name is derived from the shape of the dried leaves, which somewhat resemble a monkey’s paw with white fur. Literally translated, Bai Mao Hou means "white-haired monkey".
