Preparation guidelines: Allow 1 teaspoon of tea for each 4 dl of water and one more for the teapot. Add freshly boiled water and leave it to infuse for 10 minutes. Sieve and serve.
Ingredients: lemon balm (Herba melisae) 35%, birch leaves (Follium betulae) 35%, nettle leaves (Herba urticae) 20%, yarrow (Herba millefolii) 5%, St John’s wort (Herba hyperici) 5%. May cause photosensitisation amongst those so sensitive. Food supplement.
