Dosage: recommended daily intake (RDI) 2 tsp = 2 g of the blend (0.16 g Tulsi) once a day. Preparation: Pour 250 ml of freshly boiled water over 1 g (1 tsp) and leave to infuse for 7 min., then strain. Do not exceed the RDI. Not suitable for children or pregnant/breastfeeding women. Not a supplement for a healthy diet. Keep out of reach of children.
Ingredients: lemongrass, ginger, peppercorns, cloves, turmeric, liquorice root, Tulsi holy basil leaves (8%), withania somnifera leaves (Ashwagandha)(7%), cinnamon. Contains liquorice – those with high blood pressure should avoid excessive consumption. May contain traces of nuts.
