Dosage: recommended daily intake (RDI) 6 tsp = 3 g of the herb. Preparation: Pour 250 ml of freshly boiled water over 1.5 g (3 tsp) and leave to infuse for 5 min., then strain. Drink 1-2 times a day. In order to increase effectivity add milk, cream or boil 1.5 g (3 tsp) of the herb in 250 ml of water with 1 tsp of butter for 10 minutes. Sweeten to taste with honey. Do not exceed the RDI.
