Green tea powder
This tea comes from tea plantations in Shizuoka and Kagoshima prefectures. Young barley dominates the aroma and taste. In the taste, you can also distinguish umami with a slightly bitter aftertaste. It is suitable as an ingredient in cooking, baking, preparing cocktails or smoothies, mainly due to its stronger taste, which stands out against other ingredients.
Instructions: put 2 pinches of ground tea using a bamboo spoon (approximately 1 teaspoon) into a bowl, pour hot water at a temperature of max. 80°C, stir carefully with a bamboo whisk until the infusion is soft and foamy.
