Only the finest tea leaves grown in the shade are used to produce this venerated tea. Their shape is reminiscent of long needles and they are emerald green in hue. The infusion releases a fresh floral aroma with a delicate, slightly sweet flavour.
Preparation guidelines: Allow 1 teaspoon of tea for each 1.5 dl of water and one more for the teapot. Bring the water to the boil and then let it cool down to 70°C. Pour and leave it to infuse for 2 minutes. Sieve and serve. Suitable for 4-5 infusions.
