Infusions: 1loose leaf black tea
Preparation guidelines: Allow 1 teaspoon of tea for each 1.5 dl of water and one more for the teapot. Add freshly boiled water and leave it to infuse for 3-5 minutes. Sieve and serve. Suitable for 1 infusion.
Nepalese high montane tea from a spring harvest, from the Fikkal region in the Ilam district. Regular light green to brown leaves with silvery tips give an infusion that is bright and light ochre with a subtly sweet fragrance. The taste is dominated by green hazelnut with a finish of meadow honey.
