Infusions: 1black tea
Preparation guidelines: Allow 1 teaspoon of tea for each 1.5 dl of water and one more for the teapot. Add freshly boiled water and leave it to infuse for 2-3 minutes. Sieve and serve. Suitable for 1 infusion.
The Balasun tea garden lies amongst hills at 360 to 1,375 m.s.l. The dark brown leaves with golden tips culminate in a light brown infusion. Its aroma is pleasantly flowery and the taste is dominated by caramel and roasted almond.
