Preparation guidelines: Use 12 g of tea (approx. 7 heaped tsp) for 1 l of water at the temperature of 85°C. Allow to infuse for 3 minutes then strain. Suitable for 1 infusion.
Seeyok Tea Garden is located in the scenic Mirik Valley near the India-Nepal border. It was established in 1869 and is spread over an altitude of 1100-1800 m above sea level. It is one of the oldest certified organic projects in Darjeeling. The tea bushes are sparsely shaded by trees, which create a natural refuge for many species of birds and animals. The tea leaves produce a light yellow infusion after steeping. You can discover noble notes of white grapes in the aroma. The pleasantly sweet taste, reminiscent of ripe corn kernels, lingers long and penetratingly in the mouth.
