A fruit infusion with hibiscus and the charming taste of red berries.
Preparation guidelines: use 18 g of tea (approx. 5 tsp) for 1 l of boiling water. Allow to infuse for 6 minutes. Then strain.
Ingredients: elderberries, apples, hibiscus, black chokeberries, beetroot, blackberries, flavouring, redcurrant, raspberries, blackberry leaves, strawberries. May contain traces of nuts.

The garden was first known under the name "Sidrabong" and was renamed Arya by Buddhist monks in 1885. It is located on the outskirts of the city of Darjeeling at an altitude of 850–1800 m above sea level. You can find apricot and mirabelle with a herbal finish in the aroma and taste.
