This unique tea comes from the Parkside Estate tea garden. Special varieties of tea trees are grown here and the leaves sprout even in slightly frosty weather. Hence the name "Frost Tea". Tiny greenish-brown leaves are create an orange-colored infusion with a delicious aroma of forest honey. The taste is dominated by sweet notes of linden blossom complemented by forest honey and dried apricot.
Preparation guidelines: water at a temperature of 85 °C in a ratio of 10 g (approx. 6 heaped teaspoons) per 1 liter of water. Leave to infuse for 3 minutes. Then strain. It is possible to prepare 1 infusion.
