Preparation guidelines: Use 3.5 g of the tea (approx. 2 heaped tsp) for 250 ml of freshly boiled water and leave it to infuse for 8-10 minutes; then strain. Drink 1-2 times a day. Not suitable for children, pregnant and lactating women.
Ingredients: apple pieces, rooibos, bean peels, lemon grass leaf, cinnamon, ginger , St Johns wort, lemon peel, field eryngo, mistletoe, flavouring, cloves, black peppercorns, cardamom seed, ginseng root. May contain traces of nuts. St John’s wort contributes towards mental health - emotional balance. Peppercorns contributes towards blood circulation even in fine blood vessels.
