Infusions: 1loose leaf green tea; flavoured, scented
balanced taste of sweet and sour lemon cake and smooth, sweet cream
Preparation guidelines: Bring the water to the boil and then let it cool down to 70° C. Use 10 g of tea (approx. 7 heaped tsp) for 1 litre of water. Allow to infuse for 3 minutes. Then strain.
Ingredients: Green Sencha tea, lemon peel (8%), lemon grass (3.6%), flavouring, sugar crystals, marigolds. May contain traces of nuts.
