The large green tea leaves with tips brew to create a pale yellow infusion with the aroma and taste of lemongrass, young pea and milk froth.
Preparation guidelines: Use 10 g of tea (approx. 6 heaped tsp) per 1 l of water at the temperature of 90°C. Allow to infuse for 5 minutes, then strain. Suitable for 1 infusion.
