Preparation guidelines: Use 10 g of tea (approx. 6 heaped tsp) for 1 l of water at the temperature of 85°C. Allow to infuse for 3 minutes then strain. Suitable for 1 infusion.
Mission Hill tea garden is located on the foothills of Himalayas. It is surrounded by trees, forest creeks and snowy tops of the mountains. The climate and the altitude give teas its unique mystical taste. The name ,,Mission Hill,, was probably originated from Scottish missionaires who were sent to this region. Tea has been collected here since the beginning of 20th century. The tea is dominated by green leaves complemented of bright tips. The infusion is ochre-yellow in colour. In the aroma and taste you can discover ripe apricot and juicy mango.
