Preparation guidelines: Use 0.5 g (1 tsp) for 250 ml of freshly boiled water and leave it to infuse for 5 minutes. Then strain. We recommend drinking 1-2 times a day. When using sugar, do not serve it in a baby bottle, use a mug. Excessive use of sugar can lead to tooth decay. Maximum sugar dose per day for one mug (250 ml) is 12.5 g (max. 5 g/100 ml).
