Choosing a gift for loved ones can prove a bit of a challenge sometimes. Giving an OXALIS gift voucher is a great option as it lets them choose from our extensive range of items. Redeeming a voucher Head over to the OXALIS e-shop, select the item(s) for purchase and enter the voucher’s code in the “Discount Voucher” field in the shopping cart. The value of the voucher is then deducted from the price of the goods. Note that it is necessary to buy goods that cost equal to or more than the value of the voucher. The voucher cannot be used in a bricks-and-mortar shop. The voucher cannot be exchanged for money. The voucher can only be used once, after which it becomes invalid. If a refund is required from the seller for the item(s) purchased with the voucher, due to circumstances such as a claim or withdrawal from the purchase contract, the refund takes the form of a replacement voucher. The purchase of goods is governed by the valid Terms and Conditions and Claims Procedure of OXALIS s.r.o. No compensation is given in the case of loss or theft of the voucher.
