50 Standard packaging (2)80553 Mexico Mocabe ORGANIC LIMITED 150 g 1 kg Produced by a cooperative of 2,000 farmers called Mocabe, this coffee comes from the Soconusco region in the state of Chiapas and is grown at 700 -1,000 m.a.s.l. The association was set up to improve the social conditions and economic prospects of its members and their families and protect the environment. The beans are of the Bourbon, Caturra and Catuaí varieties, which undergo the washed process. Chocolate dominates the aroma, and tones of raspberry, cane sugar and dark chocolate are evident in the taste. The body is rich and acidity delicate. (2)80216 Peru SHB ORGANIC 150 g 1 kg In global terms, the largest quantity of certified organic coffee is grown in the Chanchamayo and Cuzco regions. Coffees from the Andes possess a typically rustic character, although this is not overidden by other traits of Peruvian coffee - delicate body, winey acidity, and a pure and sweet aftertaste. (2)80538 Rwanda Jackson LIMITED 150 g 1 kg This coffee is produce of the Motherland Farmers located in the Nyamagabe district near the village of Kamiro. The owner, Fred Kasigwa, much like other local farmers, is continuing the long-running family tradition of growing coffee of the highest quality. Its excellent taste is due to the volcanic soil and plantation’s altitude of 1,700 - 2,000 m above sea level. The taste initially reveals a note of forest honey, which gradually turns into a strong tone of grapefruit. In addition to this citrusy edge, cocoa bean is evident in the aroma. The acidity is lemony, the body is beautifully rich.
